How do I cancel my order?
You will have the option to cancel your order in the confirmation email. You can also contact our customer service team at support@spekoptics.ca. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
How do I make a return?
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return by mail
To initiate a return, please click this link and follow the instructions. Print the shipping label and drop off your package at a post office as indicated on your return form.
Note: Shipping fees apply to orders from Europe.
Refund process
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
To track your package, use this link with your order number. If you don't have it on hand, contact our customer service team. Thank you!

Tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Lost packages
At SPEK, we work to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@spekoptics.ca with your order number and any relevant details.
Damaged packages
We understand the frustration of receiving a damaged package. If this happens, please notify our customer support team at support@spekoptics.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items or packaging.
We will review the documentation provided and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns and Shipping
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that no damaged products will be accepted.
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return it, then place a new order for the model you want.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
Our standard shipping time to [Canada, United States] is 3 to 5 business days.
For international orders, shipping time is 7 to 12 business days.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and time of year.

Do I have to pay customs fees if I order internationally?
You don't have to worry about customs fees. We cover them for you.
Holiday return policy
Covered purchase period: orders placed November 7 through December 31, 2025.
Deadline: you may initiate a return request until December 27, 2025.
Item condition: new, unworn, in original packaging.
Exclusions: gift cards and items marked Final Sale.
Process: contact us or open a return request via our portal before December 27. We will send you the label.
Note: our standard policy remains 30 days for purchases outside this period.

What is the difference between the Stryve LT and the Stryve?
The Stryve LT and the Stryve share the same frame dimensions. The difference is in the lens.
The Stryve LT lens is slightly shorter, making it better suited for running.
The Stryve has a longer lens and an excellent ventilation system, making it the ideal choice for sports like road cycling.
How do I adjust my SPEK sunglasses?
Before wearing your SPEK sunglasses, take a moment to fit them properly for optimal comfort and maximum stability in motion.
Adjustable temples:
The temple tips are made with malleable silicone that easily conforms to the shape of your head, regardless of width.
Adjustable nose pad:
The nose bridge is also adjustable for a stable, personalized fit on any nose shape.
How do I change the lens?
Our sunglasses are designed for quick, easy lens swaps.
Steps:
Removing the lens:
Gently pull on the top of the frame while applying slight outward pressure on the lens to release it from the frame.
Removing the nose bridge:
Press simultaneously on both sides of the inside of the nose bridge, then pull down to detach it from the lens.

How do I clean my SPEK sunglasses?
To extend the life of your sunglasses and maintain lens performance, follow these guidelines:
• Clean lenses regularly with a clean, dry microfibre cloth.
• Avoid rough or abrasive fabrics (t-shirts, towels) that can scratch the surface.
• If needed, use lukewarm water and a mild soap with no alcohol or ammonia.
• Never use glass cleaner or solvents.
• Always store your sunglasses in the hard or soft case provided, to protect against impact and scratches.
• Do not leave your sunglasses in intense heat (e.g. on a car dashboard in the sun).
Proper care ensures optimal vision and extends the life of your SPEK sunglasses.
SKI GOGGLES
Are ski goggle lenses interchangeable?
Yes, ski goggle lenses are interchangeable. Some ski goggles feature our CRS MAG system, which allows magnetic lens swaps, while other models use a standard lens-change system without magnets.
