Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Note: There are shipping charges for orders from Europe.

Gently pull on the top part of the frame, while applying slight outward pressure to the lens to release it from the frame.
Removal of the nasal support:
Press simultaneously on each side, inside the bridge of the nose, then pull downwards to detach the lens holder.

• Clean the lenses regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
• Avoid rough or abrasive fabrics (t-shirts, towels) that can scratch the surface.

Yes, ski goggle lenses are interchangeable. Some ski goggles have our CRS MAG system, which allows lens changes using magnets, while other models have a standard lens changing system without magnets.
