Description

New this year, the NOVA gets five lenses, two of them photochromic. The MISTRAL and NORDIQUE lenses carry our SPEKTRA PHASE technology: they darken in the sun, clear in the shade and sharpen the details of the terrain, so you keep the same lens from first chair to closing. The GLACIER, ZENITH and MAGMA lenses carry SPEKTRA, our high contrast technology, in a fixed tint made for bright days.

In size S-M, the NOVA offers a wide field of vision and full coverage against wind, snow and UV rays. The lens changes in one motion thanks to the CRS MAG system and its 8 magnets, and a clear lens is included in the box for night skiing and late day tree runs.

Compatible with all helmets, the NOVA follows alpine skiing, ski touring and snowboarding. Anti-fog treatment and UV400 protection on every lens.

Engineered for performance

Skier in a white toque and yellow jacket wearing SHIFT goggles with a blue lens in harsh light

The MISTRAL and NORDIQUE lenses carry SPEKTRA PHASE. They react to ambient light: they darken when the sun is strong and clear when the light drops, continuously, from category S1 to category S3.

They bring two technologies together in a single lens: automatic tint adjustment and SPEKTRA high contrast. You keep the same lens from an overcast morning to full sun.

SPEKTRA PHASE
The lens adjusts its tint to the light. It is clear in the shade and darkens in the sun, with no lens change needed.

Gros plan de la lentille bleue de l'EDGE PRO avec la gravure SPEKTRA

The SPEKTRA lens selectively filters certain wavelengths of light, the ones that make neighbouring tones blend together. By reducing them, it creates more separation between shades that would otherwise look alike.

On snow, the terrain becomes easier to read. Bumps, shadows and changes in texture stand out more, especially in flat light. Colours stay natural, you simply see better what is already there.

SPEKTRA
High contrast lens. It sharpens the details of the terrain so the relief stays readable.

Skier removing the magnetic lens from her SPEK goggles

The lens is held on the frame by eight magnets. To change it, you release it in one motion, bring the next one close, and the magnets align and lock it on their own.

The change takes a few seconds and needs no tool, so you can follow the light throughout the day.

CRS MAG
Magnetic lens change. The lens releases in one motion and the magnets align the next one on their own, no tool needed.

Skier in the mountains wearing SPEK goggles fitted against his helmet under a hood

The goggle was developed to be compatible with every brand of ski helmet.

The strap adjusts in length and its silicone bands grip the shell of the helmet, so it stays in place all day.

COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HELMETS
The goggle was developed to be compatible with every brand of ski helmet. The adjustable strap with silicone keeps it in place.

Skier wearing a helmet and changing a lens while holding a second lens in his other hand

Every NOVA comes with a second lens, clear, for low light. It lets in much more light than the main lens.

You fit it in a few seconds with the CRS MAG system when the sky clouds over, at the end of the day or for night skiing.

CLEAR LENS INCLUDED
A clear lens for low light comes in the box.
