WHAT DEFINES US
How do lens work?
The lens contains photoreactive molecules that are integrated directly into the polycarbonate. These molecules change structure when exposed to UV rays: they darken. When UV exposure decreases, they return to their original form and the lens clear again.
A responsive, automatic system. No batteries, no switches.
How long does it take to get used to it?
The transition to the dark tint takes about 30 seconds once exposed to UV light. The return to the light tint is more gradual, taking about two to three minutes depending on the ambient temperature. In cold weather, the lens more quickly and stays dark longer.
In practice, the transition is seamless. Once in motion, you don't notice any break between the two states.
