30-DAY TRIAL

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to try on your sunglasses or ski goggles. If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

— Unworn and free of any scratches, marks, or signs of wear
— In its original packaging, including the case, microfiber cloth, and box
— Accompanied by all original tags

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

SPEK covers the return shipping costs.

LENS WARRANTY · 1 YEAR

The lenses in our sunglasses and ski goggles are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (delamination, peeling of the coating, optical distortion) for 365 days from the original date of purchase. If a defect is found, we will replace the lens free of charge. This warranty does not cover scratches, accidental breakage, or damage caused by improper care.

PRODUCT WARRANTY · 2 YEARS

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (faulty hinges, components coming loose, structural defects). If a manufacturing-related issue arises within this period, our team will replace the item at no cost. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or products purchased from unauthorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required.

SPEK PROTECTION

Your glasses are meant to be worn—not left in their case. If your glasses are severely damaged while participating in a sport within two years of purchase, you can repurchase the same pair at a discount of up to 40%. Contact our team with a photo of the damaged product and your proof of purchase to take advantage of this offer.
