Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn't work for you, we offer a 30-day trial to return your product for a full refund.

Timeframes

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to submit a return request. Once your request is approved, you have 7 additional days to ship the product back to us. Requests submitted after 30 days or shipments received after 37 days will not be eligible.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible, the product must:

Be in new condition, unworn outdoors, and free from scratches or signs of use
Be in original packaging, including the case, microfibre cloth, and box. Include all accessories received with the product
Show no accidental damage

Any returned product that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the product. Return shipping is covered by SPEK for customers in Canada and the United States.

Non-returnable items

Worn, scratched, or damaged products
Products returned without original packaging or with missing accessories
Products purchased from our retail partners (please contact the retailer directly)
