MY ORDER

How can I cancel my order?

You will have the option to cancel your order in the confirmation email. You can also contact our customer service team at the following address:support@spekoptics.ca. Please include your order number and the reason for the cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

How do I return an item?

Returns must be made within30 daysof receiving the order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return by mail

To return an item, please clickthis linkand follow the instructions. Print the shipping label and drop off your package at a post office as indicated on your return slip.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the criteria of our return policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

What happens if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

Lost packages

AtSpek, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support teamat support@spekoptics.ca, providing your order number and all relevant details.

Damaged packages

We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged package. In this case, please contact our customer service teamat support@spekoptics.cawithin24 hoursof receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the documents you provide and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Returns and Shipping

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please notethat we cannot accept damaged products.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return it and then place a new order for the desired style.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more.

Our standard shipping time to[Canada, United States]is3 to 5business days.

For international orders, shipping takes7 to 12businessdays.

Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Do I have to pay customs duties if I order from overseas?

You don't have to worry about customs fees—we'll take care of them for you!

Holiday Return Policy

Eligible purchase period: orders placed from November 7 to December 31, 2025.

Deadline: You may submit a return request until December 27, 2025.

Item condition: brand-new, unworn, in their original packaging.

Exclusions: gift cards and items marked "Final Sale."

Procedure: Contact us or submit a return request through our portal by December 27; we will send you the shipping label.

Note: Our standard policy remains 30 days for purchases made outside of this period.

What is the difference between the Stryve LT and the Stryve?

The Stryve LT and the Stryve have the same dimensions. The difference lies in the lens.
The Stryve LT’s lens is slightly shorter, making it better suited for running.
The Stryve, on the other hand, features a longer lens and an excellent ventilation system, making it an ideal choice for sports like road cycling.

How do I adjust my Spek glasses?

Before using your SPEK glasses, it is important to adjust them properly to fit your face for optimal comfort and maximum stability while moving.

Adjustable arms:

 The ends of the arms are made of flexible silicone that easily conforms to the shape of your head, regardless of its width.

Adjustable nose clip:

 The nose bridge is also adjustable to provide a secure, custom fit, regardless of the shape of your nose.

How do I change the lens?

Our glasses are designed to make changing lenses quick and easy.

Steps to follow:

Removing the lens:

Gently pull on the top of the frame while applying light outward pressure to the lens to release it from the frame.

Removal of the nasal support:

Press down on both sides of the bridge of the nose at the same time, then pull down to release the lens holder.

How do I clean my Spek glasses?

To extend the life of your glasses and maintain the performance of your lenses, follow these tips:

• Clean the lenses regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.

• Avoid rough or abrasive materials (T-shirts, towels) that can scratch the surface.

• If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild soap that is free of alcohol and ammonia.

• Never use glass cleaners or solvents.

• Always store your glasses in the hard or soft case provided to protect them from bumps and scratches.

• Do not leave your glasses exposed to intense heat (e.g., a car dashboard in the sun).

Proper care ensures optimal vision and extends the life of your SPEK glasses.

Are the lenses on ski goggles interchangeable?

Yes, the lenses in ski goggles are interchangeable. Some ski goggles feature our CRS MAG system, which allows for lens changes using magnets, while other models have a standard lens-change system without magnets.
