The Stryve LT and Stryve have the same dimensions and their lenses are fully interchangeable. The difference is in the design of the lens: the Stryve LT's is slightly shorter, making it more suitable for running. The Stryve has a longer lens as well as an excellent ventilation system, making it an ideal choice for sports like road cycling.
